International praise for The AutoCAD Workbench !!
"I have always enjoyed your writing style, it makes it very easy to read your posts on any topic. And, it’s great to see a book like this making really good use of screen shots, etc, it really makes it easy to use and follow. Keep up the great work."

"Letting
you know that my signed copy of The AutoCAD Workbench book was received safely
in Australia today. Just a short 5-minute flick through the book has
revealed it to be an invaluable investment. So much good
stuff. Extremely impressed that the book is current and up to date -
and that it even includes new commands only introduced in AutoCAD 2011.
Will be spending a fair amount of time devouring its contents."
Thank you!

"Thanks
for the book. "Can't wait to sit down and read it. Thanks so much for all your help! You are the BEST!" "The
book looks great, Michael! Can't wait to dive in. I was so excited to see
it on chair when I came in this morning I wanted to run around like Steve
Martin in "The Jerk"... 'My Workbench is here... my
Workbench is here!!!' " |
"We
got our books today!!! They
look great!! The best
thing…the spiral binding; I
love it! It is so easy to
fold back and work with. Those
hard spines are just a pain to have to try to hold open with one hand
while trying to mouse and type with the other! |

I'm pretty excited to be presenting a 1-hour Hands-on Lab again at Autodesk University 2010 this year!! It will be held at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from November 30 - December 2. This year I'm presenting The AutoCAD Toolbelt II: Customizing and Power Tools for Productivity. We will go over new customizing features for the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar, take a quick tour of the Polyline Edit features and then make a custom hatch. It will be a quick 60 minutes, but I promise you will be more productive and Ribbon-literate when I'm finished! By the way, for you Revit junkes, my buddy Michael Zeeveld - Revit trainer extraordinaire - will be speaking, too. If you want to know about Trusses in Revit Structure, you'll want to make sure you sign up for his session. |

I'd appreciate your input regarding the content I should be developing that would be most helpful to you and your team. feedback surveys Thank

ABOUT
THIS POLL * To reach all sizes of furniture dealerships as well as the self-employed, my local, Open-to-the Public seminars have been very helpful. * Onsite training is the preference for everyone, but the number of web-based training (webinars) I had this year tripled from last year. * Revit is, admittedly, big, but not everyone on the planet needs to use it. Revit can read and write .DWG files, but a Revit Fundamentals would, indeed, provide dispel some of the mystery. This course would be geared toward those working in the contract furniture industry. * Although AutoCAD has phenomenal 3D features, it seems like Sketchup is a common program for my customers. This could be delivered onsite as an additional half-day, or via webinar.

Why train with
Michael?

"You
were the best seminar I went to while at Neocon. "I’ve
never enjoyed any kind of training as much as I’ve enjoyed the two sessions
I’ve now shared with you. |

we really needed the help to make things more
effective and efficient. Thank
you!"

of the software; knows how to customize
it for more effective use.
I was able to implement what I learned right
away!"
"Michael has a way of pinpointing the crux of of what
needs to be learned. He has
an understanding of people's skills and need for AutoCAD."
"I feel I am
more marketable
taking this training and the gift of
additional resources and take away applications makes this training
a
cut above."
"Your
style is
unique, very entertaining
and, more importantly,
your knowledge is extreme
and you certainly know how to capture your
audience - and keep them captured!"
"Michael is great at focusing on the specific tips & tricks that will
help us be more efficient on a daily basis.
Good explanations of 'why'
not just 'do'. I would recommend this to everyone who uses AutoCAD"
"This
is the first CAD training session that has actually helped and that
pertains to what we do as designers in the furniture industry. I was
riveted. Your style and pace of training is excellent." “Of
the 10 seminars I attended at NeoCon, it was by far the
best. I
got my money’s worth in
the first 5 minutes. Thank
you!!” |

your training was more effective.
"Michael is very
easy to listen to."

impressive! You were a great help in getting our group started."
"The material is
presented at a 'human level', making it easier to
understand. The humor interjected into the course is also
